By engaging with HaniaWellCare Medical Tourism, the patient acknowledges and agrees that:
1. Facilitator Role Only
HaniaWellCare acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator between patients and third-party healthcare providers, hospitals, doctors, travel agencies, hotels, and wellness service providers.
2. No Medical Responsibility
HaniaWellCare is not responsible for:
- Clinical decisions
- Surgical procedures
- Medical outcomes
- Misdiagnosis
- Medical complications
- Treatment failures
- Death or injury arising from medical procedures
Such responsibilities remain exclusively with the treating hospital and healthcare professionals.
3. Third-Party Services
HaniaWellCare may assist in arranging:
- Flights
- Hotels
- Transportation
- Translators
- Recovery accommodations
However, we are not liable for:
- Airline delays or cancellations
- Hotel service issues
- Transportation accidents
- Visa denials
- Acts of third-party vendors
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Medical procedures involve inherent risks. HaniaWellCare makes no guarantees regarding:
- Cure or recovery
- Treatment success
- Cosmetic results
- Recovery duration
- Future medical condition
5. Financial Limitation
Under no circumstances shall HaniaWellCare be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the service fees directly paid to HaniaWellCare.
6. Patient Responsibility
The patient agrees to provide accurate and complete:
- Medical history
- Reports
- Travel documents
- Personal information
Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment planning and outcomes.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed under the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
